It depends on if its because of taking thyroid meds or is hyperthyroidism. My TSH is always that low, but that's because I'm on a T4/T3 thyroid medication. To see if you are trying hyper, test free t4 and free t3. TSH doesn't always tell the whole story. If you were hyper, you'd have a fast heart rate, nervousness, anxiety, increased sweating, weight loss, and diarrhea. more
