How detailed do the proposed business process requirements in Section II-C of the Schedule IV-B need to be?
The purpose of this section is to establish a basis for understanding what business process requirements the proposed solution must meet to be an appropriate solution for the project. In further support of the budget issue, it would be helpful for the agency to include its full electronicdocumentation of requirements as an appendix to this section in order to show that the agency has done its due diligence in completing this phase of project planning.
