The temperature of what? That is the key question. The Moon has no atmosphere, so there is no ambient temperature. The recorded temperature extremes are those of the *surface* only. As long as you have some nice thick soles on your boots it doesn’t matter what temperature the stuff you are walking around on is at. Everything else will reach different temperatures over different timescales depending on the thermal properties of the object in question. That’s why spacesuits are white: it reflects most of the incoming solar radiation and keeps things from over heating. That’s why the LM was covered in reflective gold foil. Thermal control is also why, if you look at the LM ascent stage, some panels are silver and some are black. It keeps the heating by the sun regulated. It is also wrth pointing out that the extremes are reached after days and days of uninterrupted sunlight or darkness.
