How did Islam become a major religion in Central Asia?
well central Asia had most of the time always been Islam, but Egypt and the holy lands used to be the big center and connection to the Muslim world, so technically the Muslim world came to central Asia from the western side, and sense religions didn’t mean so much in Asia as it did in Europe, it was easier to convince them to Islam.
