How did religion affect the Ancient Egyptian daily life?
Religion of the Ancient Egyptians effected their daily lives through belief that floods, drought, harvest where caused and affected by the gods/goddesses. As a result they would perform sacrifices, pray, give gifts to temples of worship to make the gods/goddesses happy and ensure successful harvests and floods. In addition, many pharaohs and queens would boast that they were the reincarnation of a god/goddess, as a result the citizens would trust them in decisions being made, and thus affect what the leaders and its people would endeavor, and who they would follow/vote for.
