How did Ronald deal with his fear of the bridge?
Cathy Pennington: I offered to accompany Ronald on his route for the first few times until he got used to driving the bridge; but the employer said No, Ill go with him. After his first day on the job, I called Ronald and asked him How did it go on the bridge? He replied, Oh, I forgot all about the bridge. I was so nervous about remembering all the other parts of my job that I just forgot about it. OBLN: It certainly seems that is a great job for Ronald and that he has been successful in it. Cathy Pennington: He has been on the job now since September 2005. I have worked closely with the employer, who says Ronald is one of the best employees that he has ever had. In fact, Ronald has also been asked to train other drivers. His supervisor told me that Ronald is an outstanding trainer because he is so thorough and meticulous about every part of the job.
