How did Senator Obama become a presidential candidate at such a young age?
In my opinion, he is there because of the ignorance of America. No one really understands our government outside of Washington and no one really cares, until their life isn’t going as planned. Then, we blame whomever is in office and decide to elect someone from the outside regardless of qualifications. Obama is an outsider. No experience, No one knew him, nothing to associate him with the current group of politicians in Washington. The people of this country really don’t understand how it operates and are easily led down whatever path the media wants them to go. Any slick talking outsider like Obama looks to be a good choice to most people. Regardless of accomplishments (or in Obama’s case, a lack of ) people look to an outsider. Sad state of affairs this country is in.
