How did the Cold War between the USA and USSR affect the world?
The cold war was a economic standfront between the US and USSR. What triggered the cold war was the Hydrogen Bomb success of Russia ( which were the first people to actually tested the bomb ) which caused US to fall into a panic by testing their bombs on Pacific islands such as the Marshall islands which in case wiped out and radiated 5 islands on the pacific ( 3 being wiped from the ocean ).
