USA Today has posted the results of a hospital survey that ranked facilities in terms of deaths and readmissions for heart attacks, heart failure and pneumonia. The results are based on data collected from more than 5,000 hospitals between 2005 and 2008. You can find nationwide results by tinkering with USA Today’s interactive map here.
