How difficult is it to learn to use Linux for non-computer experts?

0

It is fairly easy to learn to use Linux for common tasks, such as as surfing the web, accessing e-mail, word processing, listening to music and manipulating images. If you know how to do these things on Microsoft Windows or the Macintosh, you should be able to start doing them on Linux almost immediately. Formerly, it was much more difficult for non-computer experts to learn to use Linux; however, this is no longer the case because of the tremendous progress that has been made during the past several years on making Linux more user-friendly for ordinary people.
