A. Most sections of the trail are on good tracks and paths. Section 5 (Ironbridge to Coalbrookdale) has steep steps and rough tracks and section 7 (Lightmoor Crossing to Stirchley & Dawley Train Station) includes a stile and steps at the railway crossing point and uphill stretches.
