First of all, don’t count calories. Fat is what you need to be mindful off. Try to keep your fat intake to under 25% a day. Read the labels on your food and make note of the % of daily fat for that portion. Keep track of that number throughout the day and you will lose weight. Foods to avoid if you want to lose weight: Sugar. Avoid any kind of sugar. If you want something sweet, eat an apple. Bread. If you must have bread, eat a tortilla wrap, pita bread or english muffin.
