The print date will be displayed on PCHD, OPHD and OPPH. I’m trying to do on-demand printing and receive an error message (N991E) that all lines are not approved. Even though a purchase order has a status of ACCPT, it will not print until all Resource Manager approvals are applied. Check the “Controls” tab on OPPH or OPHD. If the field “Approvals Required” has a number other than 000 in it, a line(s) on the purchase order requires review and approval by a Resource Manager. You can determine which Resource Manager by checking the commodity code s Approval Details on COMT. Why would a purchase order not print during the nightly cycle? If a purchase order has been printed on demand, it will not print again during the nightly cycle. Also, it will not print until all Resource Manager approvals are applied.
