How do animals adapt to the different seasons?
Different animals adapt in different ways, such as rabbits, who hibernate as well as other animals during winter, saving food in previous seasons in warm places, caves, to live on during winter. However, many birds travel to different places in flocks to avoid harsh weather conditions and come back during warming temperatures. But polar bears, for instance, withstand freezing temperatures with there naturally born fur coats, which are thick and invulnerable to these conditions. But other bears, such as the black bear, have less hair than the polar bear and hibernate. I hope this helps!
