How do back orders work?
At Grey Group we deal with many items that are difficult to find or are of a custom nature. Also, we are the only stocking dealer in the world for many items such as MSA Gunfighter and SOF Cut Helmets. If you place an order for an item that is not listed as “In Stock” we will ship your order as soon as the item arrives at our facility. In the event that you place an order for both in stock and backordered items it is at our discretion how the order will be split and shipped, unless you contact customer service at Grey Group. If there are items that are needed immediately or any special considerations that need to be made for backordered items please contact: help@greygrouptraining.com. We are a warehousing and stocking dealer, and we have orders always open with different manufacturers to try and meet any demand that arises.
