How do commercial real estate professionals get access to Cape Coral Prospector?
To get access to Cape Coral Prospector you must be a licensed real estate broker or property owner. Only commercial and industrial properties may be entered. It is as easy as 1-2-3. (1) The company clicks the “Add Properties” button on the horizontal navigation bar. Then click on the link in the paragraph below the login boxes: “click here” to request access. (2) Provide all the data requested in the Access Request form and click “Send Request” to submit your application. Economic Development staff will be in touch with you with final instructions for access. (3) Once this is completed, the company’s designated listing administrator enters property data directly into a user-friendly form. Users can instantly see all data entered on the property including available square feet, rates, photographs, and other information entered by the company.
