The same way it affects any other product, stone or tile applied over the concrete. Natural Stone Coating is a very thin decorative layer that is applied over concrete. If the concrete cracks underneath, the crack will come through. This is the same as with any other product applied over concrete including cool deck, epoxy stone systems, color staining or sealing, etc. Even real flagstone, tile and slate will crack over moving concrete.
