How do corrections get made to my timecard, for instance if I asked for annual leave and it was recorded as sick leave or if I worked additional hours over the weekend?
A. All corrections must be created and validated by your timekeeper, and certified by your supervisor. If you need a correction made to any of the previous 25 pay periods, contact your timekeeper with the details so that a corrected timesheet can be submitted. If you have a correction that is needed to a pay period of more than one year ago your timekeeper will need to contact the staff in the NOAA Time & Attendance Services Office for assistance.
