Syns Online is only available to members of a Slimming World group, via LifelineOnline, or members of our online slimming programme, bodyOptimise. If you are a member of LifelineOnline there is a link to Syns Online via the tab at the top of your homepage. You’ll also find Syns Online via the ‘eat and slim’ link on the navigation and from the ‘quick find’ drop-down box at the bottom of the homepage. Members of bodyOpimtise can locate Syns Online from the recipes & menus navigation or via the quick link on the left hand side of the Homepage (under the navigation).
