Do you already have a network at home and you want to add another PC or do you have couple of PCs and you want to set up a network from scratch. You need to be more specific about the question.

To add a computer to your home network you must install the same router program on that computer. There is an option for selection which network you want on the new computer. At this point you will enter the name you have selected for your home network and password if neccessary.
