How do I add an additional amount of time as a bonus for my employees every day so that if they work a minimum number of hours, they get paid an additional amount of time?
PayClock EZ can be setup for Guaranteed Time, to where if all employees qualify for the additional time, Guaranteed Time can be setup on the Pay Class. The Guaranteed Time setting will apply a minimum paid hours, if an employees works the qualifying number of hours or more. If the extra time will only apply for a few employees, employee’s punch must be adjusted to increase the time for a day. In PayClock Pro, Guaranteed Time can be setup by department. PayClock Pro also has Pay Code Adjusters where you can add extra time in a column on the timecard screen. Pay Code Adjusters are not available in PayClock EZ.
