The Netscape Address book can look up the UTS Staff Directory to locate UTS staff and can also be used as a phone directory for extension numbers. The following will show how to enter the UTS Staff Directory settings. • Click on “Address book” from the “Window” menu. • Click File, New, LDAP Directory • Enter the settings as shown in the screenshot. • You’re done. When composing an email, you should be able to partially type the name or email address of a staff member and have their email address looked up against the UTS directory server automatically.
