It would be easier to find jeans that fit. Try on different sizes,styles and brands. It takes time but sooner or later, you should be able to find something.

Take them to a seamstress or try and find really low cut trousers in shops, I think alot of places are making loads of different styles of jeans and I've seen plenty of jeans that low cut in New Look (not sure if you're in america or UK lol)
