How do I apply for a fee waiver if I am a McNair Scholar, a Gates Millennium Scholar or Alumni, or am a participant in Project 1000 or the Leadership Alliance?
If you are a participant in good standing in Project 1000 or the Leadership Alliance and you wish to apply for a special program fee waiver, you must: 1. Complete all required sections of your application so that it is ready for submission. 2. Contact your Project 1000 or the Leadership Alliance program administrator and provide your SOPHAS ID# to the program administrator. 3. Request that the Project 1000 or the Leadership Alliance program administrator send an Official Special Program Fee Waiver Confirmation letter to SOPHAS. 4. You will be notified via e-mail once your official confirmation letter has been received at SOPHAS. 5. When you receive the confirmation e-mail from SOPHAS, e-Submit your application and choose the check/money order option as your form of payment.
