If you were in a foster home or homeless as a minor, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) without parental or guardian information (unless you are now a legally adopted dependent). You will need to provide documentation of your status either from the applicable court system or from your high school or school district homeless liaison administrator.
