How do I apply for Early Intervention – Child Development Supports for my infant or toddler?
A number of Early Intervention (EI) providers serve King County. Each of these agencies provides eligibility determination, service coordination and EI services and supports for children birth to three years old. An organization called Community Health Access Program (CHAP) (external) is your link to these centers. When you contact CHAP you will receive assistance in identifying the appropriate EI service provider with the resources and supports to address your child’s needs.
