How do I apply for the Bancontact / Maestro / Proton card?

Ask for a Bancontact card by filling in the application form, sign it and send it back to us. If your application is accepted and a minimum amount of 50 is available on the account, the debit card will be sent by regular mail to the legal address of the account holder. Note: Only Belgian residents can apply for a debit card.
