How do I apply to the Advanced Certificate in Health Care Management Program?
Applications are accepted once each year by the Department of Health Care Policy and Management. The online application is available at the following link http://www.uhmc.sunysb.edu/studserv/applyhsc.html. The deadline is February 15th each year. If you plan to apply to this program, you should work closely with your advisor on course selections. At least one course in the Advanced Certificate Program must be completed in the fall semester of the year that you are accepted into the program.
