From a command entry line, type PKZSPOOL and hit PF4, then adjust the various parameters to your needs. Once the spool files are chosen, you will then need to define the file format the spool file will be stored as in the archive. At this time the three formats are *SPLF (Spool File native mode), *TEXT (ASCII text document with three variations of how a new page is handled), and *PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format).
