How do I back up all of my Medmont Studio 4 data?

You only need to make a copy of one folder on your PC, the Data folder, to back up your entire Medmont Studio 4 database. You can copy this folder to a USB stick, network location or external hard drive and use either a manual or scheduled backup system to back up or archive your patient data. This folder can be found in the following location on your PC (Server PC if running a multi-computer setup): C:\Program Files\Medmont\Medmont Studio 4 This location is the default Data location for Medmont Studio 4. If your installation has been customised, this location may be different and you will need to contact your IT professional. To make a backup of the folder, follow common ‘copy & paste’ practice to move it to your desired backup drive, media or network location.

Backing up data is vitally important. Saving time and effort while doing it, is equally crucial. It seems to me very important to have on hand a good software for saving your data https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-disk-imaging-software/ Here you can see examples of programs and choose for yourself something suitable.

Guys, please tell me how to save data correctly and more efficiently? The fact is that I want to replace an old hard drive, that has dozens of programs, systems settings and so on, with a new drive.
