How do i beat hunger pangs?
| am losing weight, and I go to Weight Watchers. I find it really helpful to get the support from the organiser and people who are doing the same thing as me. It helps to keep my motivation going – in the end, I pay for the weekly sessions, so if I don’t stick to it, it’s a waste of money. This is one way of looking at it. At the same time you can lose weight on your own, but again the key-word is motivation.
