How do i become a property developer/interior designer?

You do not need formal qualifications. You just need to know what you are buying and how well it will sell. Remember that not all properties will make a profit. And in the current climate things are up in the air. You can get some good bargains at the moment - but how much they could sell for when you've developed them is anyone's guess unfortunately!
