How do I become licensed through the Iowa Board of Pharmacy for Drug Wholesaler, Nonresident Pharmacy, and Pharmacy?
All applications for these types of businesses are available from the Board office via phone, fax, mail, or E-mail requests to Charity Harman. All applications are to be completed in their entirety and submitted to the Board office with the check, cashiers check or money order for the appropriate fee made payable to the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.
