First you should practice with bubble gum, after you get good you can blow bubbles with the sugar free stuff. Using more than one piece at a time may help. Chew the gum well until it is soft and pliable. Roll it into a ball using your tongue then squeeze it into a flat pancake shape. Allow the piece to roll over the end of your tongue behind your bottom teeth partly. Press your tongue against it so that it is stuck to the back of your upper and lower teeth. Pucker your lips and blow while parting your teeth slightly, push with your tongue to encourage the gum to stretch. Good luck!
