How do I book special baggage, i.e. sporting equipment?
• If you have purchased our TravelAssist Product – please send us a mail with your special request to the e-mail address provided on your “wish list” e-mail. • If you have NOT purchased our TravelAssist product, please refer to your personal booking page online. You will find a link to your personal booking page in your booking confirmation email. A service fee will apply to process this request. Once we have received the request, we will then check with the airline to see if your baggage can be accepted on your flights. The airline may charge a fee for your special baggage which is to be paid directly to the airline at check in.
