You need Checkstyle 4.x, IntelliJ IDEA 4.5 (or newer) and Apache Ant 1.5 (or newer) on your system to be able to build this plugin. Download the source code from SourceForge. Unpack it to a folder of your choice. Open a shell/command prompt. Change to the directory where you unpacked the source code.
