How do i build my biceps and triceps?
I got some excellent info for ya man! First of all make sure for best results you use some kind of protein drink like whey if you want. And be sure to have a good diet, and good be4 and after workout meals. Alright biceps first: Try simple curls, dont do em to fast as with any other exercises and contract the most you can at top concentration peek. For all other exercises ill put do preferably 3-4 sets of 4-8 reps. Next do inclined curls, on a bench or soemthing. It makes your biceps higher and shorter because of less range of motion and higher concentration. Lastly to concentration curls or hammer curls. Alright triceps now: Ummm i recommend standing tricep extensions for sure, and then some tricep pull-downs, and as a final exercise, the tricep kickbacks. Also dont forget to workout forearms a bit :)….
