Starting NeroInsert the VCD disc that you want to burn using Nero. Open up Nero by clicking on “Start,” selecting “All Programs” and then clicking on the Nero icon. Select “Make DVD” and click on “DVD-Video” on the lower left corner of the Nero dialog box. Select “Add Video Files” from the menu on the right side of the screen.Adding Files to BurnChoose the files that you want to write to the DVD by clicking on “Browse” and highlighting the files from the VCD disc that is in your disc drive. Click “OK.” Click on “Yes” if you get a dialog box telling you that your project exceeds the size limit.
