if you are stacking the chickens one on top of the other ( just like the turkey would normally go) then I would cook it for the time for ONE chicken because the cooking time is based on the approximate thickness of the turkey breast based on weight. In other words, you are not cooking ONE chicken that weighs 6lbs total, so the breast is much smaller in a 3lb chicken than a 6lb chicken – hope this makes sense.
