How do I cancel Autoload?
If you need to disable Autoload, you can do so through your My Clipper account. It can take up to 3-5 days to be disabled and you must touch your card to a card reader to complete the process. You can also insert your card into an Add Value Machine or present it at a ticket office in order to complete cancellation. If your cash balance falls below $10 or your pass expires before you complete the Autoload cancellation process, touching your card to a card reader will continue to Autoload the pre-specified amount.
