HOW DO I CAST A BLACK MAGICK SPELL ON SOMEONE?
I am not a Wiccan and this is not a Wiccan spell, but rather based on the hoodoo tradition. Now, with what you say my initial reaction would be to give you a protection spell, not a hex. But here’s both. If you have any relatives buried nearby, think of the strongest one and go to their grave. Leave a little gift on the grave for them, and take some of their gravedirt home with you. If you don’t have any dead relatives nearby, you can use dirt from the grave of a soldier or police officer. Likewise, make certain to leave a gift or some money on the grave in exchange for their help. Now, for protection: if you are worried about the person coming to your home you can sprinkle the dirt about your house. Otherwise, make a little bag of cloth, fill it with the dirt and carry it with you, and pour some whiskey on the bag about once a week while making your wish for protection (some recite the “Lord is my shepherd” psalm while doing this.)
