I don’t know how many of the tools in Photoshop you know how to use, so I will make this pretty basic and then give you some more advance suggestions too. Select the iris and the pupil with the lasso tool. Go to Select ->modify-> feather and set it at 2%. (this will give you a more blended edge instead of a harsh one which will look more fake Then go to Edit->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation, check the Colorize option and adjust to the color and saturation you want. *make sure Preview is also checked so you can see what it’s going to look like before you click out of there. Beyond basic: I would normally do this with the Brush Mask Tool at the bottom of the tool bar and set the brush to a softer brush and the opacity at 100%. Color in the area with the brush tool and then reclick on the Mask Tool Button again (this will give you the running ants selection) select the inverse of this (the mask always selects what you didn’t brush in) and then do the hue/saturation.
