How Do I Change It To Where I Am The Legal Guardian Or My 16 Year Old Granddaughter?
You will need your Daughter to release her Parental rights or atleast give you legal Guardianship of her daughter. This has to be notarized and is best to be filed at court then also. Then its legal and all is protected and safe. If she wont do it, then you will have to go to court for it. Hope this helps.
