It’s based upon your style of bowling, what weight is perfect for you, aggressiveness of the coverstock/core combination, how long you have been bowling and what lane condition you regularly are bowling on. Also, practicing and trying to master your “form” is the best way to gain more experience and boost your skill in bowling.
