Time may be claimed using the Instrument Email List on a first-come-first-serve basis. The first person to send a message to the group through the Instrument Email List gets the time. (Please note, you must sign in and send a message through the Instrument Email List, responding to the original email will not notify the staff and other users that you have claimed the time.
