Go to the store where you bought it & ask for a cleaning tool. They'll give you a little thing to go to on a key chain. Just turn it on the soft side and wipe of your phone.

Depends on which part of the cell phone. If you mean the screen, that's easy! Get the same type of cloth you would use to clean a pair of glasses with, and rub against the screen gently. This also works for computer and camera screens!
