To clean in a sink, fill the sink halfway with warm, soapy water, then wipe the cookware with a lint-free microfiber cloth or sponge.Remove caked or burnt-on food with a plastic scraper or a nonabrasive scrubbing pad, or soak surfaces overnight with a baking-soda solution (2 tablespoons baking soda to 1 quart water) and scrub.
