How Do I Clean Small Rust Stains Off Of White Sheet Metal?
I did not wipe the sheets of metal after they were cut, and the metal shavings have formed small rust stains on the white sheet metal. I think they can be cleaned off because I can scrape them off completely with my fingernail. I am just not sure if there is a cleaning product that will remove the stains without damaging the paint. I was told to use car wax, but that didn’t work any better than a damp rag.
