Rub the stains with the solution and cloth until they are gone. Use a soft toothbrush to remove stubborn stains. When you have removed the stains to your satisfaction, submerge the shoes in the detergent solution. Gently agitate the shoes with your hands for a few minutes. Remove the shoes from the solution.
