How do I collect my winnings?
Winnings are directly paid into your BingoClick account. Prior to withdrawing funds from your BingoClick account for the first time, you must provide us with a copy of a valid form of identification for the proof of your age. Your first withdrawal of funds will be sent to you in the form of a cheque through normal post. Once you have received at least one cheque deposit and we have confirmed it was cashed without any difficulties, your account will be upgraded to allow further withdrawal methods including NETeller, MoneyBookers and others.
A. This varies from casino to casino. Many casinos will credit-back your winnings via the same purchase method you used, but sometimes only up to the amount you have deposited. Additional amounts will usually be sent by check, bank draft, or wire transfer. Electronic transfers are often accompanied by a fee, either from the casino or your banking institution.

Any additional amounts can be paid as you choose from the options listed in the Withdrawing Funds section. Please see our Payouts Request Policies for more information. Note: Due to changes in Visa and Mastercard policies, galaxysports.com may be unable to return funds back to your credit card. However, before any payout is processed, you will be required to complete and fax a Credit Card Authorization Form and documentation for each card used.
